About ATV in Bali
ATV in Bali is the trading name of PT KAY FAMILY GROUP BALI, a tour operator based in Sanur, Denpasar, Bali. We run 29 activities across the island — ATV riding on private tracks, white water rafting, snorkeling and silversmithing classes — with prices from IDR 110,000 per person, booked online or on WhatsApp.
What we actually do
We started with ATV riding, which is still the core of it and still what most people book. Over time the same guides, drivers and river crews ended up running the rafting, the snorkeling boats and the silver studios too, which is why one WhatsApp number now covers five very different kinds of day out.
Leave the hustle of the city and enter a world of muddy trails, tropical forest, hidden waterfalls and legendary caves — that has been the pitch since the beginning, and it still describes the Ubud and Sukawati tracks accurately.
The tracks are private. That is the part worth understanding: you are not queueing behind another operator on a shared public route, and the guide rides with your group rather than sending it off alone.
How a tour is run
Every ride starts with a briefing from the team. You are fitted with a machine, full safety gear and clear riding instructions, then given a practice lap on flat ground before the track begins — so nobody sets off unsure of what the throttle does.
All guides are local, English-speaking, and ride the track with your group rather than sending you off alone.
What we will not do
We do not publish review counts we cannot evidence. Our verified Google Business Profile shows 5.0 stars from 50 reviews, and that is the only rating figure on this site. If you see an operator in Bali claiming thousands of reviews per package, check it against their Google profile.
We also do not promise wildlife. Manta rays at Nusa Penida and dolphins at Lovina are wild animals and some mornings they do not appear. Every page that sells one of those trips says so.
The team
Guides are local and English-speaking, and river trips are run by experienced river guides. Photographs of the team are being added — the old site had none, which for a business selling supervised adventure activities is a gap worth closing.
What we hold ourselves to
- Exclusive tracks
- Private routes, not shared public lanes. You are not queueing behind another operator or riding alongside traffic.
- Complete safety gear
- Helmet, riding boots, gloves and a body protector for every rider, on maintained machines checked between groups.
- Local guides
- Experienced English-speaking guides who ride the track with your group and set the pace to the slowest rider, not the fastest.
- Rain or shine
- The tracks are at their best wet, so tours run in light rain. If conditions are genuinely unsafe you are rescheduled or refunded in full.
