Cancellation & Refund Policy

Each ATV operator sets its own cancellation terms. They are shown on every ride page before you pay and printed on your e-voucher. Here they are side by side.

Operator terms at a glance

• Kuber ATV (Payangan) — 99% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time. No refund inside 24 hours.
• Alasan ATV (Taro) — 96% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time. No refund inside 24 hours.
• Green Bali ATV (Singapadu) — Free cancellation (100% refund) at least 24 hours before the start time. No refund inside 24 hours.
• Beji River ATV Adventure (Singapadu) — Free cancellation (100% refund) at least 24 hours before the start time. No refund inside 24 hours.
• Bukit Sari ATV (Pecatu, Uluwatu) — Free cancellation (100% refund) at least 24 hours before the start time. No refund inside 24 hours.
• Wahana Bali Adventure (Singapadu) — Non-refundable once confirmed. Date changes are still possible with 24 hours' notice. Some guests on a booking may cancel while the rest still ride (no refund for the cancelled seats).
• Pertiwi Adventure ATV (Bongkasa) — Non-refundable once confirmed. Date changes are possible with at least 16 hours' notice.
• All New Bali Adventures (Sedang) — Non-refundable once confirmed. Date changes are possible with 24 hours' notice.

The small deductions at Kuber (1%) and Alasan (4%) cover non-refundable payment processing fees.

Rules that apply everywhere

• No-shows and cancellations after the deadline are not refunded.
• No refund once the voucher has been used or the ride has started.
• Date and time changes are free, subject to availability, when requested at least 24 hours before the start (16 hours at Pertiwi). One change per booking is guaranteed; further changes depend on the operator.
• Deposits: if you paid a 25% deposit and cancel inside the deadline, the deposit is not refunded. Cancel before the deadline and the deposit is refunded under the operator's terms above.
• Operator closures (severe weather, track unsafe, ceremony): you choose a new date, another track, or a full refund of everything paid to us.
• Refund timing: refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval. Bank transfer refunds require your account details.

How to cancel or change

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your booking code (for example ATV-7K3M9Q), the ride date and what you would like to do. The deadline is counted from the moment we receive your message, so write to us as early as you can.
