Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every ATV ride booked through atvinbali.com. By completing a booking you accept them for everyone in your group.

ATV in Bali is a trading name of PT KAY FAMILY GROUP BALI, an Indonesian company (Pelabuhan Banjar Nyuh, Ped, Nusa Penida, Klungkung, Bali 80771, Indonesia). We are a booking service. The ride itself is run by the independent venue shown on the ride page, at the meeting point on your voucher.

1. Bookings

  • You book in the booking box on a ride page. It runs on Book in Bali (app.bookinbali.com), the online booking system we use.
  • Your places are held for a short time while you pay. If payment is not finished in that time, the hold ends.
  • Your booking is confirmed when the booking page says so. You then get an email with your e-voucher and QR code. Show it on your phone at the venue.
  • Online booking closes some hours before the start time. The booking box only offers times you can still book.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your time. If you are late, the venue decides whether it can still take you.

2. Payment

  • Payment is handled on the booking page, not on this website. Before you confirm, it shows the payment options for your booking, what is due now and any balance.
  • Any balance is paid on the day, in rupiah cash at the venue, before the ride.
  • Online payments go through a payment provider, not to the venue. Your statement may show ATV in Bali, Book in Bali or the provider's name. We do not see or store your card details.

3. Prices

  • Prices are set in Indonesian rupiah. Any US dollar figure on this site is an estimate.
  • Prices can change, but a confirmed booking keeps its price.
  • The price covers what is listed for your package when you book. Anything else is extra, such as photos, extra drinks, tips or pick-up from outside the included area.

4. Age, health and conduct

  • Each venue sets its own age and health rules, and can refuse anyone who does not meet them. See the ride page and our age guide.
  • The venue may ask for ID and a signed form, so bring ID.
  • ATV riding is not suitable if you are pregnant or have heart or back problems.
  • Follow the guide's instructions at all times. The venue can refuse or stop anyone who is riding dangerously or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, with no refund. It may also charge for damage caused by reckless riding.

5. Weather and closures

  • Rides run rain or shine. Rain and mud are not a reason for a refund.
  • If a venue closes its track for safety, for example because of severe weather, you can move to a new date or get a refund of what you paid.

6. Responsibility and insurance

  • The venue is responsible for its quads, track, guides and safety gear.
  • ATV riding carries real risk. Each venue includes basic personal accident insurance, on the venue's terms. We recommend travel insurance that covers ATV riding.
  • As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Changes and cancellations

Cancellation terms are set per ride and shown before you pay. See our cancellation policy.

8. Earlier bookings

Bookings made on this website's earlier checkout keep their booking and voucher pages, and the terms shown when they were made.
