About the Rafting + ATV, Ubud
This is the combo that actually saves money. The Ayung River trip is IDR 350,000 and the single ATV ride is IDR 500,000 — IDR 850,000 between them. Together they are IDR 700,000, and because both run in the countryside around Ubud, the transfer between them is a short drive rather than a cross-island expedition.
The order matters and it is deliberate: rafting first, ATV second. You end the day muddy rather than starting it wet, and the ATV base has the showers. Doing it the other way round means sitting in a raft in clothes you have already ruined.
Four hours covers both activities, the transfer and lunch. It is the fullest Ubud adventure day available without a 5am start, and it suits people with limited days who want the two headline activities in one go.

Every ride starts with a briefing from the team. You are fitted with a machine, full safety gear and clear riding instructions, then given a practice lap on flat ground before the track begins — so nobody sets off unsure of what the throttle does.
