About the Blue Lagoon + ATV

This is the gentlest of the four combos and the one with the widest age range. Blue Lagoon is sheltered, shallow and calm — the easiest snorkelling in the range — and the Ubud ATV track can be ridden tandem, so families who cannot do the grade III–IV river combos can still get a full adventure day out of this pairing.

It is worth being clear about the price. Booked separately, Blue Lagoon snorkelling is IDR 120,000 and the single ATV ride is IDR 500,000. The combined IDR 700,000 is higher than that sum because it includes the driver and the transfer from Padang Bai to Ubud, which is roughly 90 minutes across the island and would otherwise be a separate car hire on the day. What you are buying is one organised day rather than two bookings and a transport problem in the middle.

Order runs water first, mud second, for the same reason as the other combos: the ATV base has the showers, and you would rather not board a boat in clothes covered in clay.
