Meet at the harbour at the time you chose, get fitted for gear, and agree the route with the guide — which sites, in what order, and where you want to spend the most time.

To the first stop, usually Toyapakeh or Wall Point depending on the tide. With a private boat there is no fixed time limit here.

Gamat Bay, where the reef drops into a wall. Groups with cameras often spend most of the trip here, which a private boat allows.

Crystal Bay and a fourth stop if you want it, or a return to whichever site the group liked best.

About the Private Snorkeling
The same reef, the same guides, the same two hours — the difference is that the boat is yours. You pick the departure time instead of taking a fixed slot, and when a site is good you stay in the water longer instead of being called back because twenty other people are ready to move on.
It is IDR 70,000 more per person than the shared trip. For families with young children, for anyone nervous in open water, and for photographers, that is usually money well spent: the guide is looking after your group rather than a boatload, and you can ask to go back to a site you liked.
It also gives you flexibility on the route. If someone in your group specifically wants the coral at Toyapakeh or the wall at Gamat Bay, you say so at the briefing and the skipper plans around it.
