About Alasan ATV
Alasan ATV, also known as Alasan Adventure, is in Taro, north of Ubud in the Tegallalang district. This is the ride to look at if the machine matters to you: we offer both 250cc and 450cc automatic quads here, each as single or tandem. The venue gives its track as about 8 km, with river streams and a waterfall along the route. Plan on up to about 1.5 hours of riding behind a guide, after a safety briefing. Two things to check before you book. The venue's own page asks drivers to be at least 16 and to bring ID, so younger guests should plan to ride as tandem passengers. And while Taro is only about 14 km from Ubud, it is about 47 km from Seminyak and Canggu, further from there than any other Ubud-side ride we sell. It is an easier choice if you are staying around Ubud.

Good to know
Before you ride
- Drivers must be at least 16 and bring ID. Tandem passengers must be at least 5 and ride with an adult. These are the figures on the venue's own page, and some listings show a lower driver age.
- Not suitable if you are pregnant, or if you have heart conditions or back problems.
- Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes such as sneakers, and arrive at least 15 minutes before your slot.
- Bring your own towel and a change of clothes. Showers and lockers are on site.
- Single options with hotel pick-up currently need at least two ATVs on one booking. Riding alone? Choose meet at the venue.

Questions about Alasan ATV
250cc or 450cc at Alasan ATV: which should I choose?
Both are automatic, so the difference is engine size and price. If this is your first time on a quad, we suggest the 250cc. The 450cc gives more power for riders who feel comfortable with it. Ride time is up to about 1.5 hours; message us on WhatsApp if you need a more exact time for the 450cc.
How old do you need to be to drive at Alasan ATV?
Plan on 16. The venue's own page asks for drivers of at least 16, with ID, and passengers from 5 riding tandem with an adult. You may see a lower driver age in some booking details and listings, but we go by the stricter figure so nobody is turned away at the gate. If your driver is under 16, message us before you book.
Do I need to bring a towel to Alasan ATV?
Yes, please bring one, along with a change of clothes. The package list mentions a towel, but the venue's notes ask guests to bring their own, so it is better to have it with you. Showers and lockers are on site.
Is Alasan ATV a good choice if I am staying in Seminyak or Canggu?
It is possible, but it is a long way: about 47 km by road from either, plus traffic. Pick-up options include the Ubud area, and from the south there is an extra charge per car, paid to the driver. If you are staying in the south and do not need a 450cc, Wahana ATV is much closer.
